Let these CINNAMON GUMMY HEARTS warm up your life!
✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• cinnamon hearts (1/4 cups)
• 1 cup boiling water
• cherry jello
• 1 packet of gelatin
• ¼ cup cold water (for blooming gelatin)
• White sugar (for coating)
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan, boil 1 cup of water. Add the cinnamon hearts and stir until they are completely dissolved.
2. Pour the hot cinnamon mixture over the cherry Jello powder in a heatproof bowl. Stir until the Jello is fully dissolved and set aside.
3. In a separate small bowl, bloom the unflavored gelatin by sprinkling it over ¼ cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it absorbs the water and becomes gelatinous.
4. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm Jello mixture and stir until fully combined and smooth.
5. Carefully pour or pipe the mixture into silicone molds. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or until the gummies are fully set.
6. Once set, transfer the gummies to the freezer and freeze until firm. Remove the gummies from the molds and let them sit at room temperature to dry out slightly.
7. Roll the gummies in white sugar to coat them evenly.
8. Serve and enjoy these sweet, spicy, and chewy treats!
