The experience and resources to make change attainable

It is easy to take for granted the amount of change we have been through and what we have learned from it to feel disempowered when it comes to change. We all change every day and demonstrate our ability in change without realising.
With slight twists on the things we tell ourselves to believing in our experience and competence we can feel more comfortable through change.
