For me me Miyuki and Fireline are the best wire ever. Thank you for your work

Thanks so much for sharing this information, it’s so hard to know the differences between all the different threads available. This will help me so much with my beading. I have been purchasing my fireline from the fishing tackle shops here in Australia, but knowing that the regular beading threads are good for embroidery is most helpful and saving me some money, thanks for this most helpful information. I have been trying other fishing lines and they are not as good as fireline. 🥰🥰🥰

Hi! Thank you so much for this informative video! I'm a recent beginner. Thanks for looking at US pricing, that's interesting! Some synonyms just as a beginner beader (not a pro) would be a "do-over" or a "redo." For example, "these last four beads aren't laying the way I want them to, so I'm just going to redo them." "Do-over" is slightly more slang and has a humorous connotation to it. Like a meme that says "I need a do-over! Lol" The way you said it was fine and I would not have noticed you needed any synonyms, but it was fun to give you a couple, anyway!

Thanks for the info, especially the info on KO. I've been making a lot of bangles and was unaware of the KO factor.

Nice video, I do use Nozue Sonoco bead thread, is very firm. And Miyuki is also very good. But I think that sometimes the eye of the needle can cut the tread . I do used the one you have on this video. Great explanation video

Weirdly, Nymo is slightly more than double the price of S-lon where I live! And KO is 3x the S-lon price (€1.30 vs €3).

Two brands on that store that aren't in thjs video are Nozuke Sonoko (almost €8 for one spool of 100m, equivalent to KO) and SoNo (€5.50 for 100m).

The shop I'm buying from is closing so everything is half off - I'm getting one or two spools of each kind to try 😅

Used Nymo in a class 15+ years ago & hated it. Prefer One G or KO. Have used Fireline but found that the knots don't always stay secure. Because it is such a slippery line, it tends to slip a lot. For this reason I stopped using it.

I‘m with you on the 0, 12mm FireLine, I find it too thick at 0, 15mm which is the 8pound-version, I think.
Thank you for the tips on what to use for bead embroidery, that is on my list of things to do, when I ever get time.
Not a native speaker, but maybe „undo stitches“?

Great video. I love One G; hate anymore because I always end up piercing it. As far as Fireline, I prefer Wildfire over Fireline. I also started using Tulip beading needles because they do not pierce threads as much as other needles.

❤ thanks so much. I have used the slon and then switched to ko. I loved ko. I bought wildfire and found it tough for me to work with. Fighting withvthread sucks, so im going to try fireline. I still love the wildfire, but keep it for bigger beads. Hopefully fireline will be easier to thread. I found if i tamp down the end of the wildfire, it goes on the needle better. Im new to beading, any needle threading tricks? Love your videos...thanks for all the help ❤😊

Excellent comparison! It would have been nice if Silamide was included though.
