I lived in Cohasset. Our son, a disabled vet lived in the house he grew up in. That house was lost last night apparently. This young lady did her stand up near the Chico Airport, miles from the fire. The rest was shot by a photographer. I was also a photog for the local CBS affiliate in Chico.

Poor Butte County! They have been hammered year after year for the last 8 years and setting records for wildfires in CA

And the USA has the ability to slow down these fires if they just had a fleet of about 20 Air National Guard 747 Global Supertankers.

These 747 Supertankers could knock down the fires fast and give fire crews time to get there.

What’s the cause for the one massive, accelerated flame depicted ? Did the fire encounter a fuel source or something? Also, what motivated someone to push a vehicle, on fire, off a cliff ?kind of motive would cause a man to set an ablaze vehicle off a cliff? Even if intoxicated that’s remarkably bizarre and vile!

Insurance companies are gonna love this. They’ll use this as a means to skyrocket already skyrocketing premiums. Pretty soon it’ll be 25k annually to insure a 300k house
