It's not paper u guys! It's actually bubble foil, and there are gaps in between the bubble wrap.
And the gaps will make the wrap fold valley-wise or mountain-wise.

Ok thanks for pointing out the obvious. 2. sorry for not making it interesting enough 3. but I can fold a flapping bird in about 5 seconds when the paper is on fire (see the video I posted Juggling and Origami Show at Charlies Birthday Party and skip to 13 minutes 45 seconds into the video... I do it in about 12 seconds, but I can do it lot faster when I need to... like on a windy day. Thanks for your comment. I'm not embarrassed.

You already creased it but handling such a big paper and making the creases so fast is tough!
