Steam your tortillas and then roll them.. when they dry they stick together closed. So have a stove top steamer going and keep that assembly line going and into the freezer with 3 1lb freezer bags full of burritos.

When you roll burritos like this you have to make sure not to overfill them and have thick tortillas so they don't rip and be confident about it lol I know they do it this way at most chain restaurants bc it's quick.

Lhh people have to be so precise when folding a damn burrito. Look a burrito is a burrito no matter how you fold it, Plus who gives a damn if it drops and falls apart hell now you have nachos.

Honestly that's the hardest way to roll a burrito I've tried it and is real hard for me

That is the proper way to fold a burrito but you should not use cream in it, besides it needs beans, avocado and cheese (and the meat of course) I am mexican 🇲🇽
