Pico 4 Vs Quest 2 Hand Tracking Comparison !

If your question is which device is better Pico 4 Vs Quest 2 you need to look at specific features such as looking at how hand tracking performs between these two VR devices. Also know that Quest 2 vs Pico 4 may not be too fair of a comparison since Meta has gone through multiple hand tracking versions, however today you can see which one performs and tracks your hands a lot more accurately.

people dump on Meta/RealityLabs but these guys are spending big dollars to OUR benefit. I would not give up my QPro for anything that's on the market right now or in the foreseeable future. Hope you can provide more Quest content soon Dilmer. Especially Spatial Anchors and Scene Model. thanks

They both seem very similar to me. Most people won't notice the difference.

Also there's a game called Unplugged: Air Guitar, which I was trying yesterday. It uses Hand Tracking and it's lots of fun. About the performance, it was very accurate following my hands, gestures, the movement of each finger... so... I think we're embarking into an very cool era for Gamers & Developers.

imagine Meta makes a update and allows dev to implant those fbt into any that has fbt game. bonelabs/works/VRC/etc, menus ui's would be near completed as well so controllers would only be used when your playing games. laser option or touch menu option for all at that point obviously

Is the quest 2 using leap motion or just the native Handtracking?

I really need to make a choice between those two and I am developing exclusively for handtracking.

It looks like the VR Pico is equipped with a sensor camera, while the Quest 2 seems to have an additional separate camera added to the front, if that's true, maybe the Pico is the best because it's included sensor camera.

Quest Pro will be better for social. Hands, and now face tracking too, started off poor but continues and will continue to improve as time goes on. The XR however is some needed sweat for Meta to not get complacent in other areas, though.

There both good its just the way you have to use your hand with the quest is weird for me the pinch barely works
