As a child of the 80s I can imagine how cool it was to hear a beat like this for the first time back in the day. To this day it sounds incredible...

A rare sighting of the lobo estepario not putting in a blast beat on a classic song. Here we can observe him merely showing his respects to another legendary drummer

I appreciate you holding back and playing it how the great Bonham played it. Kudos

One of my favorite songs from my favorite band. Those drums were, and still are, one of a kind and ONLY John Bonham could’ve thought to do that in the late 60’s. You, a modern legend, paid a beautiful tribute to that great legend.

The laid back inaccuracy, dynamics, and push-pull of Bonham is what makes it groove. Bonham does what a drum machine can’t. Mr. Siberiano does what drum a machine can. More power to him, he is amazing, but I’d rather jam with Bonham on this one.

That is a work of art . I remember being 10 years old sitting in the back seat of my dad's 1970 road runner, listening to that from an 8 track player.

Bonham is my favourite groove master, he was amazing and way ahead of his time!! You play this brilliantly with the same passion he did!!

You are amazing. And this is one of the hardest grooves in the pantheon of 70’s rock drummer Gods! I do have to say, it is almost too perfect. Bonham had this “prefect” raw power that is hard to replicate. Partly his genius style, his thick kit, vintage recording tech (old tape echo loopers etc), room ambiance, and then just that special X factor which felt Bonham was just in the moment, dancing in the pocket doing tricks like a skateboarder in a half pipe. It was pure genius reflex response, like watching Da Vinci swipe his brush! It is especially felt in those rapid bass kicks. No click track. No quantizing. Just his foot to the metal in command, and the intervals are on time, but slightly fluid at the edges, analog not digital, filling the space with speed and spice for the ears. Amazing that you can knock it out so well!

So good I watched it 4x thru. Classic. And Esteparrio looks happy as can be knocking it out. Pure goodness!

Knowing what this man is capable of, and loving his reimagining of so many classics, I love how true he is to the original here. Perfection. As always.

EES…you are amazing!! You play with your entire body…great posture, timing, musicality) I love drums.

I have a Pearl kit packed in the closet after using about two weeks back in 04. I found out I had a genetic disorder. 37 surgeries later I can barely move around now much less play an instrument. 😢 So you guys play a dream I had but cannot do. It’s amazing to see you play drums!!

Seeing Zeppelin live omg so long ago was amazing in 73, 77, 78 i think. I went to every concert who came in town. I know if John Bonham were still alive he be the best. He was a hard hitting drummer too. His son Jason grew up from toddler playing around Dad’s kit while the band practiced. Jason is an amazing drummer now who toured with Sammy Hagar, Foreigner, UFO and others. He also sat on the kit playing his father’s grooves in Led Zeppelin’s 40th Anniversary show for the band and President Barack Obama and his wife. It was if his father was playing…their style is very similar.

Check out a band now called Godsmack if you don’t know them who also covered this song. Sully Erna (vocalist/guitar/drums..he plays kit, bongo and basically can play anything in the band). They do have drummer Shannon Larkin who replaced Tommy Stewart in early 2000s. I love their cover of this Zeppelin song. I followed them since demo CASSETTE days in 1998 Boston.

Yeah I’m old lol. I was Lucky enough to see all rock and metal bands! Many I saw their first performance…Nirvana, Metallica, Pantera, Alice In Chains, Motley Crue, Iron Maiden, System of a Down.

I LOVE MUSIC!!🙌
