When I was a kid, my parents bought a brand new Jaguar. I remember them being happy because it was a beautiful automobile and quite the status symbol. It wasn't long before that car started living in the repair shop. They had to sell it to some other sucker because it was super expensive to get repairs done on it and they were needing those repairs WAY too frequently. As an adult, I still kind of chuckle whenever I see one of those money pits on wheels drive by.
