This video may not be helpful for aspirants and here's why.
I have done EcE and done masters in microelectronics from IIT bombay and currently sitting at a package of 36lpa. Wait, don't get motivated so fast.
1. EcE is the baap of all computer department so comparison valid hi nehi hya, india mein tech jobs zyada hya kyuki india provides as a Service sector ground for all foreign companies. 80% of Software jobs related to Service sectors are quite pathetic, with no future pathetic work life balance and mundane coding. CS in Product based companies has a great future with amazing packages but only about less than 5% gets the chance.

2. In EcE undergraduate course CANNOT make you industry ready for technology level course. You Have to mandatorily do masters to get high packages
3. EcE requires great level of concepts, JEE ka level halka lagehga agar EcE ka analog circuits padhoge. 95% of colleges who teach EcE don't have proper infrastructure to teach EcE. 90% of colleges don't offer circuit tools like Cadence, synopsis etc. 98% of EcE faculties are pathetic and don't have concepts clear themselves and often have wrong concepts.


So statistically speaking, 90% EcE graduates can't comprehend the difficulties of EcE so they do sasta coding instead and get into software jobs, hallelujah.

4. Let's talk about EcE domains that offers job,
1.Cmos Analog vlsi design & layouts
2.Mixed signal IC design i.e data converters
3. Rf circuit design
4. Signal processing and DSP architecture
5. Digital vlsi isdesign, logic synthesis
Layout, physical design
6. Verification of Dvlsi (zyada jobs isme)
7. Neuromorphic circuit design
8. Device modeling engineer
9. Fabrication engineer
10. Signal processing and machine learning
11. Embedded systems engineer (software job but much much advanced than sasta CS ke naukri)
12. Controls engineer and Embedded
13. Communication engineer and RF



All these are Level 2 job of EcE which you can get access after doing masters and their packages start from 15-20 lpa (fresher) and end in crores. It's not like some sasta jobs ki saal ka 5 lack de tumko.

Level 3 jobs in EcE starts from 30 lpa packages
Subsequently level 5 EcE starts from 40-45 lpa packages. Yes these are not imaginary numbers😂.

So you can get a sense how vast EcE is. Being an EcE engineer, coding vi ana chahiye because all the things that you do requires simulation in all fronts. AI, ML mein interest hya toh vi EcE leh sakte ho, many branches of signal processing and circuit design uses Machine learning.
Coding, DSA, DBMS yeh sab baccho ka chees hya EcE ke ageh.
Currently india is investing in Semiconductor plants, in near future coding jobs will get lower packages due to abundance of CS engineer (low labor cost), AI (AI will not directly affect your job, but those who knows will)
However jobs in EcE is only going to increase and AI will never be able to invade this domain kyuki isme analytical thinking, math chahiye

ECE me bhi coding and simulation based subjects hai like embedded systems and vlsi design which is way more facinating

Either go CSE or Electrical Engineering... the best thing an ECE engineer can aspire for is VLSI engineer( chip manufacturing)..CSE graduate are aslo eligible for VLSI.. and sometimes CS graduates become better VLSI engineer than ECE engineer... apart from telecommunications all the subjects of ECE are combination of electrical and computer engineering...

I would say ece is difficult not because of cramming but because of circuits and wiring. Maths is also hard in ece.

I am joining a T3 college so mujhe CSE or ECE mein confusion tha and kal mera options freeze ho gaye and ECE fix kiya the reason being CSE can be studied online but not ECE so ek baar try karke dekunga bolke ECE liya.
