How To Transfer Items, Creatures And Characters Across Maps In Ark 2023/2024

Welcome back everyone. So today's video is a quick and very useful video if you are trying to transfer anything across maps. Due to the random glitch that happens when uploading your items, character or creatures. Most people think they lost there stuff. Hopefully this video will help !

Oh weird! That glitch is really weird, I’m glad you covered this, I know when I need to transfer something in Ark, then I know how to do it. It was very clear and easily knowing what you were doing. Keep it up! Hopefully I will be picking up some more pointers from you in the future

oh thank you soooo much I did a transfer in my first playthrough and lost my items!, I got discouraged and stoped playing the game! now keep in mind that if you fill the entire inventory spaces in the obelisk you wont be able to do the trick to put a new item and make them all appear, that did happened to me, It was showing 60/60 capacity and the items weren't showing! I had to erase all my player and map data and start from zero T_T

Wow dude, I had not realized this had gotten so broken! Glad you posted this as I was getting ready to set up another server and this would REALLY tick people off. Scary if this is happening to your character ... not sure how you get it back! Thanks man.. will save me TONS of worry and frustration.

Me and my partner want to check out other maps, but we don't want to lose our dinosaurs and structures on The Island - or our character data. I have been using Google to try and get clear-cut answers on how to avoid losing progress while exploring and many answers contradict one another with the safest being "Stay where you are because no matter what, your stuff will be overwritten eventually if you spend too long playing another map".

Does this still work? Had about half the stuff I put in disappear... master craft riot armor, multiple cryos with valuable tames, ascended long neck etc. For some reason the piles of metal and obsidian made the transfer.

Well I play single player mode Can I transfer my character from Map the Island to Ragnarok, all in single mode, can I? Or is this feature only available in team play only?

Or you could just go to ark data and click on search but do not type anything just press enter. Everything shows up for me.. Hope this helps

I also figured out because I filled it and when I tried to transfer I couldn't it was full I just searched for a specific item I had kibble in it and just searched kibble it all popped up

Anyone know if uploading off ark is broken? Because I upload my character but it won’t let me leave the map, I hold esc but it just want me to create a new survivor. I’m trying to do an ultimate ark but I can’t transfer to scorched. (I play on pc)
