My parents have always had super high expectations so when I got a b+ in my language test and started to freak out, all of my friends started to ask what was wrong. I told them that I got a bad score and refused to let them see it so they all assumed that I got like an F. When I calmed down I told them and one of them gave me a dead eye stare and just said “Girl- if your parents aren’t happy with that, they ain’t mentally well.” They best friend after that
