The entire melodic arc of the jingle maps the journey of emotions experienced from before you call the ambulance until after it has arrived and give you medical attention. That is: the second 999 melody has shades of melancholy and sadness. The last 9119 is almost like a dawn - the sadness has subsided. and 725  3 is a cheeky chin up. Like its all gonna be ok.

It is hilarious how easy this actually is to remember, haven't thought about this in years and, after seeing another IT crowd vid remembered this and remembered the number right away without evening watching. The song makes it so easy.
