Well, it worked, it just took some time and I sped up the footage a bit.

It's on their website. But if you can't find it, phone up Atmel and ask for it.

It is indeed a DSO Nano, they sent me one for review.

Damn you dave, I was so excited up until I realized what day it was. I was picturing a beautiful world of cross platform support and universal programmers that cost $5.

Some serious avr and pic tutorial serial from Dave would be nice... I think also the view numbers would boost up. I know it's need more effort, then mailbag sessions, but could be really appreciated.

Here we are in 2021 with a PICKIT 4 that DOES program both PIC and AVRs lol

TI refused to be part of the new agreement.

It would be nice if the status bar graph actually worked though!

Hello Dave,
When you do get around to reviewing the DSO Nano, be sure to install the "Benf 3.64" firmware first (or after you review the stock firmware). Some clever and generous person named Ben really spent a LOT of his personal time improving the functionality of this low bandwidth pocket scope.

Actually, Microchip started to support Arduino concept. Others may say that they did that on their own interest, but then I would say that they did that without removing the AVR compiler and libraries. So, Dave didn't fooled us completely...

I've heard that, but have not used it yet as I've been using AVR for quite some time. I tried the IPE with PICKit 3 and it didn't work. Only the PICkit 3 software seemed to work. So yeah, seems buggy.
