Even as a huge Disney and Studio Ghibli fan, I think "The Prince of Egypt" is one of the best animated films of all time.

This adaption of this song is my favorite for one reason. The subtle change of the lyrics during the cry to God was amazing. In the movie it was “Elohim, God in High!” In this version, it is “Elohim, Adonai!”, which is not only far more beautifully sung, but shows the great care in which went into producing this video and song. “Adonai” is how God referred to himself to Moses when reaffirming his Covenant to the People of Israel through Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. However, depending on the translation you have, “Adonai” may not be the wording used. The Douay-Rheims translation, being the most linguistically beautiful, is the most accurate English translation from the Latin Vulgate written by St. Jerome in 382 A.D. has the usage of the word “Adonai”

Unpopular Opinion: Prince of Egypt is better than The Lion King. I love The Lion King but Prince of Egypt feels right for me.

Full Singing Version Coming Soon!
I decided to do this very last minute yesterday and Black Gryph0n pumped out his part super quick, and I produced this in 7 hours.
I've included the ending song as well as God's theme played throughout the film.
Hope you like it!
Any other songs from the film you would like me to cover? Please let me know!

This song in this version feel like a army song when the warriors is getting outnumbers and this song to inspired the troops and prayed for their safe travel to heaven before they make one last stand.

Believer or not, you gotta admit this movie was amazing. As a Christian, man it's like I saw it happen before my eyes. It was a beautiful movie.

I just want to point out that the actual lyrics are "Elohim God on high" but this little change makes it so much better

That last part? Goosebumps, man. Barely music today does that for me lately, this music is among the most underrated pieces that are sadly not heard much around, thank you for the childhood memory trip. 👍
