Overall, it can be clearly seen that people who prefer snacks as their daily consumption has a highly rate, whereas sodium intake saw the lowest of food nutrient throughout the period and dinner preference awarded second position.

Do we have to avoid hand gestures in speaking? Also, Is it so that we can't use the word "you" while speaking?
