If you lose your retainer or you stop wearing it you might think you’re in the clear if your teeth still look good in the days and weeks after you stop wearing it. This provides a false sense of security and the teeth are getting more crowded right underneath your nose and you don’t even know it until all the sudden, boom! they look terrible. You can’t be without a retainer, so if you have dropped the ball, just get a new retainer.
