Feature Friday: A client was embarrassed by his stinky feet. I looked at his lower legs and ankles and explained that swollen ankles means the body is not detoxifying waste products efficiently. I recommend several things for him to do weekly to help squeeze out toxins so they can be carried away by the blood.
1. Use a washcloth and rub in between each toe.
2. Epsom Salt foot soak
3. Medi Magma mud pack on the bottom of the feet.
4. Seaweed foot soak which makes your own salt water.
5. Super Elevation: lay on your back and elevate your legs on a chair.
