Fill bucket with warm water

add alot of baking soda & pour in some Palmolive Antibacterial Soap

scrub and wash your feet in that solution & dry .

Also your shoes make sure you take some time to deodorize them every couple of days .

Bleach and hot as u can take water and soak for 20 min and buy new shoes and socks and throw away all the old
