CHEESE MIXTURE:
1 3/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Fresh Dried Parsley

11-13 Lasagna Noodles, cooked Al denta
1 lb Ground Beef
1 24oz Jar Pasta Sauce

Leftover Meat and Cheese on top with added Pepperonis (if desired)

Bake at 350ºF for 35 minutes using a 9x13 pan.
