These make-ahead Lasagna Roll Ups combine best of classic Lasagna but they much easier to serve, bake faster, freezer-friendly and can be enjoyed right away – no resting time required!

LASAGNA ROLL UPS INGREDIENTS:
►12 lasagna noodles cooked to package instructions
►16 oz ground beef 85% lean
►24 oz marinara sauce
►1/2 cup diced onion
►3 garlic cloves minced
►1 tsp sea salt or to taste for red sauce
►1/2 tsp black pepper or to taste
►1/2 tsp dried oregano
►15 oz ricotta cheese
►1 large egg
►1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
►3 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided
►1/4 cup parsley chopped, plus more to garnish

I hope you see this comment. I'm 58 and have Never cooked from Scratch. I can Grill, and that's it. We haven't had Lasagna in Years. She said "Too much Work." Just discovered your vids, so I searched and found this one. I followed your video, and it Was FAB! Family loved it. Your video Especially Helpful because I was gunna use a Jar of Marinara, AND you were the Only one who covered the dish, so the cheese still looked appealing and the noodles weren't rubbery. I meal prep this today for next week lunch. I double the recipe to make enough for husband and i . We tasted 1 roll before put them away and it was sooo good. It’s not too salty, that’s a big plus for me. My 1st time lasagna came out perfectly. Thank you so much Natasha!!!!

Made 4 batches of this Lazagne Roll ups to freeze for postpartum meals! They are truly delisted and easy. Prefer this method before the regular Lazagne.

I do mine same way but add little surprise roll 2 pepperoni's in center than 2 on top each roll is very good and also shows you were each roll is and looks pretty. That little extra pepperoni sausage really gives it flavor pop.

I made it, BUT, I passed on the ricotta for fresh mozzarella and shredded asiago...I love the Briney bite of that cheese and it was still moist! I made my own marinara because my Dad is recovering quiet well from prostate cancer, praise the Lord, so everything must be fresh. He loved the dish and the size was perfect. Thank you Natasha!

Awesome recipe! Made this last night and wow it was one of the best things I have ever made. Your recipe rocks. A couple adaptations I made: we all adore spinach so I thawed some frozen spinach, squeezed out the extra water and added it to the ricotta mixture. My sons all commented on how much they liked the spinach in there. And personally, I am not a fan of mozzarella (I know, crazy), so I swapped that out for more parmesan-asiago-romano cheese shreds and then grated on a bit of Trader Joe's caramelized onion cheddar before baking/broiling. I also added in lots of chili flakes and spices to the meat sauce and fresh herbs I had growing (shredded basil, parsley and dill). Served it all with a brightly dressed salad and homemade garlic bread with an herbed compound butter. OMG. We had enough to freeze leftovers for another night when we don't want to cook, but we all agreed we'd love to have this every month! I'll be playing around with lots of variations. Thanks for this great recipe and your hilarious awesome video. I'm a new fan!
