You were pretty right about Finland's army, but Finland has actually around 30 000 professional soldiers and around 950 000 reserves

you could do civil war scenarios where much of the world focuses large forces in a single country depending on which side they support or personal interest. it’s like city state suzerainty in civ vi but bloodier.
you could also do wars that largely focus on water territory. fights over islands and ocean blockades. or domination over trade in the mediterranean.
a fun idea that someone else already suggested is using past borders like that of ww2 or even classical europe
crowd sourcing seems like a good way to keep viewers engaged. having people vote on the topics of future videos would drive up anticipation and viewership

Idea for adizz!
What if (country) went into a Civil War.
You could have multiple ethnic groups and more than just 2 teams fight it out for the future of their country. You could have peace treaties or you could go back in time and have alternate peace treaties like the yugoslav wars.
