Visited Elafonsi Beach last summer on a day trip from Chania. Stopped in a mountain village on the way back. While there bought several containers of honey which I gave away as gifts when I returned home.

I"ve been in Kurfo twice and also in Crete Elafonise Beach was actualy a Pink Beach sadly Tourist was Taking Sands Home just Emagine how many Millions of People every year doing that.. The water is Perfect there when the Sun is realy Warm Greece is my Favorite Place. I also join the most Beautiful 5hrs Hikes in Creat sorrounded Huge Mountain, rivers and at the end of the Trills there is a Beach where we went Swimming ..
Balos Beach is also Beautiful its very busy on the Pick Season its nice to see places i"ve already been on your video🙂.

One place you mustn’t miss is Mátala, I was there in the early 1970’s, back then there was only one taverna, we slept in the famous caves at night. It has become known as a hippie haven. But as usual it’s not like it was when I first went there, though still well worth visiting 😊🎉

I was just researching beach destinations for September. I didn’t want to opt for a Caribbean beach due to the hurricane and I’ve already been to the ABC islands. A few options popped up including Cretes! I was stunned by the beauty of the beaches and seeing your videos I’m even more in aww!
