That’s delicious. I make a similar sandwich. But I never thought to add capers to help give it that fishy salty flavor. I’m 63 and vegan for 8 years. I recently started one-meal-a-day (OMAD). I’ve made a similar sandwich. If I’m having sandwiches for my meal, I eat 1-2 sandwiches within about a 2-3 hour period to stay full. So my fasting time is about 21 or 22 hours. So far, so good. I used to shy away from starches because they cause weight gain. And it is extremely hard to lose weight after age 60. Look around at the senior citizens who are overweight. But now with OMAD, I can enjoy many of the meals I love without worrying about weight gain. Thank you for this video. ❤

I finally made it……I added tbs of sweet and dill relish, some nori rice seasoning, this flax, hemp and chia seed blend, nutritional yeast. It helped give that egg/fishy like flavor without the black salt I couldn’t find. Wrapped with veggies and some humus spread and baby your girl is not hungry anymore. Thank you for this 🤩

I just made this and OMG! This is the BEST sandwich I have ever made. I doubled the recipe and had to stop myself from eating 2 sandwiches lol!! Instead of sweet relish I did dill and added honey so that I wouldn’t have to use HFCS. It was perfect.
