Every word in Spanish is pronounce in a particular way. Each word as a tonic syllable which is where the syllable is "stressed" a bit more or the volume "rises" just a bit. This video will review the two rules that govern where we find the tonic syllable.

Just so you know, "práctico" means practical, not practice. "Práctica" would be practice.
