In an Automatic Transmission Tiburon How To Remove the center console:

1) get a Flathead screwdriver and pop off the button used to press down and select gears (inserting the screwdriver on the section where the button is widest)
2) remove the rubber bit and spring underneath the button. Just pops out.
3) use a long 12mm to loosen the nut inside that holds the shifter. Slides right up and out.

~the rest of it is like a manual car as shown in video~

4) pop off the U-shaped trim piece around the shifter.
5) remove 8 screws that hold the center console to the floor/dash.
6) remove rectangular trim piece w/ a flathead screwdriver underneath ebrake handle.
7) pull up on ebrake handle and wiggle out the center console starting from the back.

i changed both cables and the left caliper. now the right side cable is too short. i definitely bought "left side" and "right side" cables and they sit on the correct side. and now, only one wheel gets locked correctly. do i have to change the other caliper too ?!
