Make a band that covers the whole mix

Go into ‘Expert Mode’

Select ‘Free’

And then move the bar the where your kick is 🥁

Fast attack 💨 Slowish release 🐌

Then as the track plays, get the threshold so that the kick is just tickling the threshold

Your Bio doesn't indicate the direct link to the MB preset. Either it's on your website or the social media. I checked your website, yet no MB preset present. However, the Pro-Q 3 presets are.
There are a plethora number of ways to create a punchy and fat kick. It depends on the overall objective that's relevant to the final mix and mastering.
