im used to playing overwatch at a solid 144fps but in this game im dropping down to 70 fps constantly on the lowest settings its super hard to aim consistently when my frames are all over the place ;( i wish i had a better pc Unreal Engine 5 really needs a 30series or higher it seems :(

optimal setting would be using a config to disable all anti-aliasing & disable all super resolution and disable all sharpening (TAAU, DLSS, TSR, FSR, XeSS).
then you just use a 1440p or 4k monitor (or 8k monitor, but probably overkill for cartoony game) which will give you better quality and more fps than any of those settings can do.
frame generation is pointless for pvp/action games, it makes your reaction time slower (delays what you see).
game mode should always be on. graphics settings should also be all on. low latency is always good setting.
in my experience 165 fps/hz monitor is good enough for all sorts of pvp, 60 fps/hz is not good enough for super fast pace pvp.

i turned on native and disabled frame generation and its saying im averaging 30 fps in game but it looks like im on 60+ fps somehow

why tf are you even using frame gen when you are getting more then 200+ fps?

Frame gen is for people who play at 1440p and 4k with max settings, that need that extra fps boost to get over 120fps

Good luck playing with the 4090 because you can’t even get competitive fps(240) with that in this game without using frame gen, it’s so dumb that the game is soo fun but the game is soo unoptimized

none of the pastebin settings changed anything in my game. I am still at the most rocking between 120-200 fps and I have a 4070

im not having fps drops but i was checking my gpu and cpu and like my cpu was around 40% to around 70% idk and my gpu was running at like 10% and it was lowkey loud and it was at like 70 degrees celsius. does smbdy know why this happens? btw my specs are rtx 3050 and intel 11th gen i5

I am using RTX 3060 but i don't have the option for NVIDIA DLSS Frame Gen
Does that mean my GPU does not support it ?

for me my game would freeze and crash every time. I tried everything until i tried limiting my fps and it worked

1:22 Why would you NOT use dlss? It significantly improves fps, and obviously you don’t care about visuals. Not choosing to use dlss but then using frame gen makes no sense.

If you wanted to remove the config you would just delete the engine.ini right or does it mess up the games settings after creating the file and Adding it
