Its weird bc in my settings I hit abt 160 fps but once i backout of my settings and go into the actual homescreen of the game it shoots down to 60 and doesnt go higher

Will running Marvel Rivals at 1280x720p make the GUI text bigger than if you run 1920x1080p on same size monitor? My eyesight isnt great so i want bigger GUI text and as much fps as possible, i don't care about "sharpness" or "pretty". I'm trying to decide between buying 27 inch 1440p 480hz OLED monitor and just running it at 720p OR getting the 32 inch 480hz 1080p OLED monitor and keeping it at native 1080p. CPU is 7800x3d and gpu will be 4090
