So that is actually a trained behavior. Notice how the trainer holds the fish with a straight arm? That indicates to the whale to nod no. But when the bucket is in it’s view, it knows to nod yes. It’s quite amazing actually, knowing this kind of behavior is trainable.

I don't understand how there is any way whatsoever that any human being on this Earth could have the confidence to say that any animal is compared to any human of any age. That's impossible it's utterly and absolutely impossible. They tried to say that the gorilla who could do sign language was just copying and mimicking well no duh! That's what and how people learn! I mean I'm losing brain cells here half the time watching some of these videos.
A gorilla would not just use sign language at random times to say what it wants if it was merely being robotic. It wouldn't be able to use sign language independent of a teacher.

Learned behavior is the same thing that humans use. It is so crazy the lack of sense.

I'm not saying that it's impossible for them to have the smarts of a 15 year old I'm saying that it's impossible for human beings to know that.

What's the source for the 15 year old human IQ? I don't think there are any studies that prove this, I think it's more likely that they're smarter unless we can prove otherwise.
