sucralose has no ties to cancer and is FDA approved. Studies show that sucralose is well tolerated in healthy adults. however it can be associated with disrupting gut microbiome which can contribute to obesity, diabetes, and certain types of cancers. which is rare and key word “associated” not caused. meaning sucralose was in the diet of certain individuals who had this happen which makes sense since it’s a pretty common ingredient. - from a exercise science and pre pt double major whose currently in nutrition. 😁

Honestly, if you’re drinking these after a workout, that’s not bad, you just literally losing glucose my buddy that works at rocks say this is a pretty good thing to get obviously it is pretty pricey but it’s one of the best you can get especially if you get the 42 g ones especially if you’re just starting out

Its still healthy because they use 4mg of sucralose instead of 5mg which is still less than the recommended amount which is between 5mg-15mg

Tbh most premade shakes have sucralose, being the fact that it is one ofthe last ingredients on the label, it doesn’t have that much in it. It DOES however have 42g of protein, 7g of sugar (straight from the milk and chocolate, no added sugars) and is lactose free meaning it’s an isolate protein. No pre made shake is gonna be 100% healthy, but I would say fair life core series 42g of protein is as good as they come, and the healthiest and tastiest on the market. You drink it, sometimes you forget your having a protein shake and drinking chocolate Milk. If you call out fairlife for having sucralose, call out every premade shake on the market for having even more sucralose than fairlife and those shakes don’t even have as much protein, and some are lactose. Plant based shakes may not have sucralose, but they do have other problems.

Just drink normal milk no? Like idk about where yall from but in my country, one singular bottle of this cost like $8-9 while regular grocery store milk like HL milk costs $3 for 14g of protein or $2.5 if there’s an offer

There’s even a less popular brand of normal milk that has 28g for $4.5

Normal milk just gives more protein per buck no?
