Exfoliating irritated skin is not a good idea. The hairs left after a laser session will fall off (or not) as days go by. One shouldn’t exfoliate after a laser treatment until at least 8-10 days have passed. If hairs have not fallen off it means the follicle is still alive and thus further sessions are needed.

Edit.: if your skin is not greasy/has acne there is no sense on exfoliating every day.

So in reality (not clown world🤡) you’re supposed to shave before laser and then not exfoliate for at least a week, preferably two. No direct sunlight for a week without spf30+. No plucking whatsoever while you’re undergoing treatment, which will be 5-12 sessions depending on your hair/ skin color as well as the area.

I just went through your shorts and wow, I had never met someone e with the skin like mine, when I wax my skin goes exactly the same and lately been doing the laser too, I been asked to shave before hand and I been getting ingrows too but been told not to trim as it may not work aswell

I also had my back laser hair removed. But I feel like the laser caused some side-affects on my sexuality. It reduced my sex drive .I believe the laser killed some of the nerves on my back. Do you feel similar side affects ?
