I was failing halfway through the semester, got the level up cards and ended up passing with an 82%

Both the Hegar and Goodell signs are softening of the cervical tissue. But the Hegar sign points to the cervical isthmus specifically (the lowermost part of the uterus, before the cervix itself). To remember this, I think istHmus and Hegar (both H). Hope this was helpful!

A good way I remmeber the chadwich sign is "beat up the chad" as in chad, the name of a guy, so he's going to be purple and blue, just like the chadwich sign.
