Tom Yum Halibut Fillet

Ingredients
Halibut Fillet (200-300g)
6 Pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves
2 Stalk Lemongrass (Cut)
15g Galangai (Sliced)
10g Black Fungus (Tear)
1 1/2 Mushrooms (Sliced)
4 Cherry Tomato (Halved)
2 Green Chilli (Chopped)
1 Onion (Sliced)
1 Lime (Sliced)
Black Pepper
Salt
Baking Paper
Steps
1. Lay Kaffir Lime Leaves, Galangai and Halibut Fillet over baking paper.
2. Marinate Halibut with Black Pepper and Salt.
3. Add more Galangai along with Lemongrass, Black Fungus, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Chilli and Lime slices.
4. Wrap ingredients in baking paper and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve warm with some Cherry Tomatoes.
