I know I'm not the only one who's ever noticed how exercise and good nutrition sometimes drops off our to-do lists when we're busy. And it shouldn't be that way and we know it!!!
Job 1 is a 4-week no-nonsense approach to functional training with our newest Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs.
The program features 20-minute workouts, 5 days a week and is designed to get you in the consistent habit of prioritizing yourself and your fitness – making healthy habits “Job 1”. Jennifer asks that you "prioritize yourself the way you prioritize your job or your family"!
OVERVIEW
• Trainer: Jennifer Jacobs
• Program Length: 4 weeks
• Workouts Per Week: 5
• Workout Length: 20 minutes
• Equipment: Resistance Loops, Dumbbells, MYX Bike (optional)
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
• 4 weeks
• 5 workouts per week (3 days strength training, 1 day endurance cardio, 1 day HIIT PLUS optional 20-minute
indoor cycling workouts and 5 bonus workouts)
• 20 min total run time
WORKOUTS
Commit to five days a week for just 20 minutes a day.
• 20 total workouts, 12 strength training, 8 cardio
• 4 bonus indoor cycling workouts
• 4-over-time specific muscle group bonus workouts
• 1 additional recover routine workout
• Prep workout
EQUIPMENT
• Light, medium, and heavy dumbbells
• Resistance loops
• MYX bike (optional)
