Hey guys, Check out this new attachment to the @hypertherm Plasma cutter. It is called the Hyaccess tip. This was the perfect opportunity to use this tool. I am running the Hypertherm 85 Sync for this job. I know you guys will definitely dig this new toy. Doing this job any other way would have been quite tough. Kick back for a bit and check it out. Super handy. Thanks for the support and Thanks to Hypertherm for sending it.

Australia may have Kurtis, but we have I C Weld with his new light saber!

I really like Hypertherm, the crew there can get you the parts you need in a hurry or the part numbers if you're working with a local supplier.

Issac, I look forward for your Posts. I don't weld but there is so much to learn about Planning and the logic you apply to all your work. I really enjoy seen your Son Working with you, he is fortunate to have a great Teacher. I noticed Many people View your Posts but Only a fraction will take the time to at least give you a Thumbs up for your Effort. know you are Appreciated

I saw Isaac whip out that long torch and an image immediately popped into my head. It was Isaac striking a Masked Zorro pose and slashing his name into a piece of metal. He's good enough with a camera to pull it off, too. Great camera work taking us along with your repair, Isaac!

Those new plasma cutter tips worked real well and made quick work of removing the metal you wanted to get rid of. Pretty clean as well.

I would have DIED laughing if an Australian accent would have said 'F**** off plane!'.
I like the new light saber, it really gets off in there.
Hope you stay cool this summer, be safe.

Issac, that new plasma wand is the cats meow, so to speak. That saw saw blade was a diablo blade. There are all bi metal blades. I use them on everything. They now have a circular saw blade that will cut 1/2 inch steel. Cleanly. Great video sir.

Testing a new cutting tool on a clients job, knowing you have the knowledge to repair absolutely any errors made. Massive skills and even bigger cojones Isaac. Respect dude.

Nice work as usual Isaac. Thanks very much for sharing. Your tack welds look better than most peoples continuous welds. Hope you are going on vacation. Enjoy.

I like that straight tip for the torch need to get one of those.

That would be a really handy plasma tip. Being straight would make it super handy for some jobs. We don’t always get perfect setups in perfect situations doing field welding repairs on heavy machinery

Nicely done. The right tools are nothing without the knowledge and experience to use them. You have a great steady hand. No burn through on the parent metal. Always tough on thin metal.

Yours is one of my channels. Yoy keep your cool, even though the work and locations look hot. You break the job into little pieces so it's not overwhelming. Lots of admiration for a true craftsman!
