This is by far the best depiction of the backrooms I’ve ever seen, especially when you consider that 80% of the stuff you find of the backrooms are still images.

I like how for once the wanderer doesn’t get up and say “Oh god I’m in the backrooms!” And this guy didn’t understand what was going on, completely realistically, in the realm of the backrooms, wanderers supposedly lose all past knowledge of backrooms. So I think it was a nice touch that he didn’t know where he was. Great depiction and great animation skills!

The Backrooms location has been found and it's located at 807 Oregon St, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54902, United States.

The place is fully renovated now and it's now called HobbyTown Oshkosh Store and Revolution Raceway. Previously, it was Rohner's furniture store before HobbyTown Oshkosh Store take over. The original Backrooms image was taken in 2002 at the time, it was in progress on renovation.

Incredible. The "stay still" warning was very clever, adding a new level of stress to the "flight" reaction. This made my heart sink so low it got into the backrooms.

The camera movement in the CGI environment is the most realistic I’ve ever seen. Most of the time with the CGI work the camera is just swinging smoothly in a pattern and takes you out of the scene. But you’ve made it appear organic and subtle. Absolutely great work!

The monster design is actually brilliant. It's like the rig or skeleton of something that hasn't fully loaded in yet. Just the movement and the sounds.

I remember when the backrooms were really trendy. I got hyper fixated on the idea of it, I watched this video over and over, and I drove myself insane by watching videos about it and researching it. This is so nostalgic. It’s still as scary as it was back then :]
