How is it allowed in government to appoint friends without qualification for the job, for example Freeland was a journalist and became a finance minister. Or other friends of PM. In business it is not allowed as it could lead to collusion and damage to the business, how is it possible? These people not even out of professions where ethics are important. THERE MUST BE SOME PREREQUISITES INSTALLED NOT TO ALLOW THIS.
