What would be the best step by step after pinning?
I would say massage a little bit the area with the alcohol swab, maybe an hour later apply some form of heat in contact with the skin, I have a small heating pillow and apply like 30mins after pinning or if PIP appears.
Would you apply the cabbage later?

Another update: first cycle 2nd week. Got my bloodwork done like a good little boy before and i got the results back from another test yesterday (to check if the gear was legit) and I’ve gone from 600ng/dl to 2000 ng/dl at 250 test e a week. Choohoo all aboard the gains train!

I always just had a hot bath before every injection. Works great and goes in very smooth. No pip but pip also comes down to how your gear is made. Company I'm using now none whatsoever.
