animal fats so mostly saturated fats are most vital, seed oils are the fats that are not good- most people get this wrong

You missed a major thing: Most of the protein you need to consume every day is already in the bread, pasta, rice, or corn-based food you eat. They have about 9g (bread) of protein per 100g, and 49g of carbs, which if you get your recommended 250-350g of carbs, will already give you 45g-63g of protein per day

No need to eat particularly much fat-containing meat etc in addition to this. Not that you shouldn't get your recommended intake of fat, of some 30g or so per day

Dude, sorry, but unsaturated fats like Omega 6 aren't "either unhealthy or healthy": Yes, if you have too little it's bad for you, but the vast majority of people in rich countries have way too much. Yes, of course they should reduce their consumption to the recommended level of some 30g a day or so, are you kidding me?

Why would you reduce it to a binary "good or bad" thing? You didn't reduce the protein thing to a "good or bad" thing either, why would you randomly decide to do that in regards to fat intake?
