Man that looks and sounds freaking delicious! I have to admit, I haven't cooked with orzo very often, but I'm thinking I should. This has a lot of the same flavor elements as chicken piccata, which is my wife's favorite dish that I make, hands down. In part because we loaded up with capers. I think this dish here would go great with a little bit of fresh oregano, or maybe a combination of hardy herbs like time and oregano or rosemary. Yum yum!

What humans forget humans have been eating animals for centuries and its in the Scriptures!!!! Even though the first diet was herb bearing seed and every tree with seed in its fruit. Looks Great and can always do a versatile with any dish that incorporates meat!!!
