Leather Raptor shears are a great upgrade from the standard cheapo shear. The Raptor shears have the ability to fold to be smaller in length for storage. Additionally they do offer a holster that can be clipped to pocket or belt. Snagged my Raptors over at Brownells.

Well i feel dumb. After watching this video i noticed it was the "response".. so i have the original Leatherman raptor rescue... not the response.. that being said..i cant speak on the durability of the sharpness...lol

Hey Millar. Been listening to the podcast w you and the others. That led me to your yt. Thought I'd comment on this.. the leather man is pretty awesome... for a little while. Eventually they lose their edge and are very hard to sterilize. They are easy to transport. IMO Xshears have lasted a lot longer and are easy to clean. I think it was 4 or 5 months until the leathermans had difficulty cutting through jeans. The xshears are still going strong after 2 years of use (cutting through clothing and casting material like butter). I still like the Leathermans but xshears for longevity. Just the humble opinion and experience of an er nurse. Great videos and content! Blessings to you and yours.
