As a college kid, it’s nice to only have to watch like 2 mins of this video and know where to look for good clothing. Saves me money and time! Thanks Antonio!!!

I just bought five pairs of Levi’s 502 Premium Jeans (40% off Black Friday sale) based on your full Levi Jean Guide video and my wardrobe has never been so versatile. I got light, mid, dark, grey, & black washes. I feel like I unlocked some sort of wardrobe cheat code. You were totally right about the 502! Thank you for your help! You made my life so much easier.

Being in shape more important than Jean price point

You missed some of the best Japanese brands like Pure Blue Japan, Momotaro, Samurai, Iron Heart. Most are in the $200-$300 range. Super high quality amazing denim.

I spent $20 recently on a pair of Wranglers. They are fine for me. I can see going higher if you want a better style or quality, but only to a point. Spending $1000 on one pair of pants is insanity.

Usually $25-$50 range.

P.S. on an unrelated note, I would LOVE a video about fragrances and general guidelines based on the age of the wearer

As you often say, it's all about fit. Took me a long time to find a brand that fit like a glove, Mavi. Not cheap, but fit perfectly and are extremely well made.

I love my Origin jeans. Buying them as a pair makes them $99 and they are American Made!!! Super stretchy and tons of options.

Texan here, I buy wranglers because it goes with the boots and you can wear them everywhere. I also have owned Levi's and old navy over the years and they are good for extremely casual outings especially if you don't want to wear boots. Stitch fix also makes decent denim pants under their Hawker Rye label, I have a pair of dark black washes and I wear them with tennis or sneakers because of how slim the legs are.

A word of caution regarding selvedge under $100: I've seen some cheaper brands actually mimicking selvedge by sewing a fabric strip on the inside to make it look like selvedge. The only brands I've seen pulling actual selvedge under $100 are Uniqlo and Unbranded Brand (which for the record is the "low cost" brand of Naked & Famous).

What I love about this video is that you overview a whole bunch of brands and put them on the map for me. I think more of these kinds of videos would be cool.

For the less tahn $50 crowd: I've had really good luck with Lee Jeans, especially their MVP slim cut style. They are durable and have some stretch.
Also: if you want your jeans to last ALWAYS wash cold and NEVER put them in the dryer!! Hang dry saves the material, stretch, etc.

Most of my jeans cost less than $20. I buy pretty much only Levi’s jeans and always on second hand

So, just in case no one is aware... believe it or not, Costco has some crazy tough jeans for men under the Kirkland brand. For an unbelieve $10 a pair. No need for bargains. No need for sales. Regular price $10!!!
And they are 100% cotton. They are really durable jeans. They have average sizes. They are amazing for $10 I own 6 of them. Crease them up and cuddle them. With a white T.

Re: washing in hot water. I never wash jeans or shirts (even tees) in hot water, only cold, and I hang dry. This adds years to their life. I have some incredible athletic fit tees from Banana Republic that I bought in the early 2000’s that I can still wear today!

Hey Captian, I grew up when jeans were worn for work, not for style. The two brands we bought were Levi's and Wrangler. Denim needs to be strong, especially when working outside. Today I still wear Levi's 501, I like the buttons. Semper Fi Marine.

Antonio, as a guy who has been around the denim block a time or three, I can tell you the quest for the perfect fit of jeans is like searching for the holy grail. That said:

Revtown rocks!

I can speak to their jeans' quality, feel, and glute-hugging magnificence -- perfect for my bod. They also have a fantastic selection (great chinos, too!), and I love the pricing.

For higher-end goods, and jeans with a little bit o' stretch, I favor 34 Heritage. Pricey, yes, but worth it. They also look a bit dressier than other elastane-infused styles I've seen. Plus, they hold up better after washing. You can expect to spend between $160.00 and $230.00, depending on the features and, of course, the season.

Old navy slim fit jeans are my favorite. Affordable and decent quality.

I found some absolute steals from the GAP, slim tapered fit, all temp jeans. Absolutely amazing for about $20-$30. Of course It ain’t the best of the best quality, but if you take care of them, and don’t wash them after every wear, you can get whole lot of wears out of them.
