I'm curious how big the server instances will be wrt players... if it's an open world survival MMO... is everyone going to build bases, like in Conan Exiles, and will you play the MMO with approx 50-100 players online or will there be thousands like you have in other open world MMOs... e.g. BDO, ArcheAge, GW2, ESO?

Yes, yes, but where is early access? As long as you fry players as little, you will have it ready (there are too many interesting projects around).
