If You Want To Get Maximally Strong, Expect Training To Be HARD

Показать описание
An extremely unproductive thing to do in your training tell everyone how hard your training is, even when its done in a joking/sarcastic/woe-is-me manner.
Doing this often turns into a sort of contest of who can complain about having the hardest training, which isn’t helping anyone achieve their goals.
Getting strong is hard. If you want to get less strong, you can do training that is less hard.
If you want to be extremely muscular, shredded, strong, etc. be prepared for it to be hard. Be prepared to question your resolve. There’s a reason very few people can be elite.
You can choose what you get out of this whole weight training thing. Be honest with yourself about how hard you’re working and willing to push. It’s ok to feel beat and it’s ok to want to quit. Be stoic through the pain and you likely will be impressed with your results.
