4️⃣ Value Your Downtime 🛌 - this was the hardest for me to learn!!
Rest isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. There's no shame in taking a break to recharge.

Keep tabs on what you're doing. Regular reviews help you understand what works and what doesn't.

6️⃣ Ask for Help 🤝
Admitting you need assistance is a strength, not a weakness. Don't hesitate to seek support.
