This is the worst recipe you could possibly feed a dog with allergies. Chicken is the most common allergen in dogs. Dairy is the runner up.

i woulnt use dairy products for allergy free foods (or at all).

Cream cheese is high in fat, sugar & calories . Use only as a treat or in small quantities. Too much cream cheese can cause digestive problems, obesity & pancreatitis. And some dogs are lactose intolerant.

why cream cheese? it doesn't even have any nutrients or healthy bacteria?? why not yogurt if your adding dairy?

This has to be a joke. By the way rice of any kind does have gluten and it is a grain. Most dogs can tolerate it well. Mine can not. I make all her food myself. Cream cheese? Really? Guys. Ask your vet if your dog suffers from allergies or is hypersensitive to regular dog food or even homemade foods. The less ingredients you use the better. Start with salmon and some veggies. It’s hit and miss so use common sense. Also, there are much better videos on YouTube.

ARE YOU KIDDING??? Rice, chicken and dairy for allergies??? You need to educate yourself more and stop telling people the WRONG stuff to feed their dogs! What are your qualifications?
