I think since his master forced open his nen pores, part of his healing is closing them back up again since they werent open naturally through hard work. Nanika probably saw his nen pores as technically "damaged" since normally you're supposed to learn nen through years of hard training and force opening them has the potential to cripple you.

But I believe it's like starting from "Episode 1" kind of thing, where Gon had to re learn it again, and his body had to develop again, When Killua whishes something to heal Gon, I theorized it healed Gon into himself in episode 1, so Gon had to develop it again, he had the knowledge, but his body forgot all of it

It’s very simple, his aura nodes are just closed. Alluka reverted him to normal. Considering he still remembers how to try and sense aura when he was with Ging. It’s safe to assume that if someone can reopen his nodes he can quickly relearn nen

If Nanika had returned only the physical form of the body, then she would not have needed to use so much power to restore the body, therefore nAnika returned nen gon completely and dropped the condition of the oath

I thought it was a case where Gon basically made a pact or whatever to allow him to have all his potential nen for the fight and that he didn't need it after that, so he lost it after the fight

Guys Togashi said the final chapter or arc whichever he said will show Gon as a full grown and very powerful hunter. He’ll probably get his nen back before he’s full grown

No. The quote was "Heal my friend" not "Make him normal". He would still have the use of Nen. The only downside I can see is tgat healing him might temporarely limit his nen abilities, but it's not gone.

No. Ging checked up on Gon in the manga to see if he still had any nen and he said Gon was fine. It’s probably all just dormant now. But HxH is over

He probably burned out his nen as an enhancer. Personally I think he'd just change affinity if he relearned it. What would make intuitively the most sense is if Gon became a manipulator.
