A lot of what he said is correct. Except for the last thing about a good looking woman. Not all guys can get good looking women. I believe strongly in the scale of 1 to 10. If you feel that you’re genuinely a 4, you should not be trying to land a woman higher than a 5. You will most likely be miserable even if you do get her. If you are 3 and wake up every morning to a woman who is a 3, you need to love her for the person she is, and she will become more physically attractive to you as time goes on. And hopefully for you, she feels the same way. But ugly people need loving too. Scale below:

Exercise, eating healthy, being ambitious, making good money, good morals, find interesting hobbies, travel, be a good person.
