Replacing rotten floor joists & sistering joists

We replace rotten floor joists and rotten timber wall plates, whilst sistering joists in places.

you should not be wraping the timber in dpc it should be removed the joist should then be fitted and pointed up with nhl 3.5 breathability stops rott you have trapped it with the dpc . do not use sand and cement .if you require any assistance please contact me at chester conservation joinery.
